Scheduling a Retreat |
| If you wish to schedule a retreat or any other event, please call us at (931) 823-5656 to select a date, discuss your individual group needs and pricing. Reservations cannot be confirmed until the completed form and deposit are received. Once you've picked a date, just fill out the registration form and mail it, along with your deposit to: |

| Retreats are booked on a first come, first serve basis. However, special consideration is given to groups who renew at the end of their retreat for the following year. |

| Retreat Rates |
| Lodging Only - Prices range from $15 to $20 per night based on retreat size (children under 5 stay free) *There is a minimum charge of $500.00 per retreat. |
| Deposit - A $100.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation. (Larger groups may be asked to pay a larger deposit.) The deposit holds your reservation and covers any damages that might occur during your stay. Deposits are usually non refundable upon cancellation. After your retreat, your deposit will be returned provided that the camp is left clean and in satisfactory order. |
| Meals - Cedar Lake Camp is known for its good food! If we cook, the cost is $5.00 per meal per person. We recommend this! If you want to cook for yourself, that is possible. We will charge you $25 per meal for the use of our kitchen. |
| Day Use Only - There is a $150.00 fee for single day use of the Dining Hall or Hawkeye Lodge. |
| Number Attending - We ask that you provide us with a definite number of people that will be attending, one week in advance of your retreat. People attending for only part of your reteat must be counted in the number. |
| Customized Individual Retreats - We realize all retreats vary in length of stay, size, need, purpose, etc. We will be glad to work with you on an individual basis and customize a package especially for your group. |
